At first I was very optimistic that this publication would provide an in-depth approach for TVET institutions.
Through my ongoing participation in the Teacher Training Course for EntreCompEdu (Entrepreneurial Learning Competence Concept in the EU), I have already learned enough about the design and in particular how to enable entrepreneurial learning to acquire competencies. Ultimately, the guide recommends a very schematic approach, which in particular avoids addressing difficulties. The examples present supposedly successful procedures, but these are context-specific. It is doubtful that TVT institutions can independently orient themselves towards entrepreneurial learning on the basis of this guideline.
