Interesting papers for reflections on the future of TVET in Development Cooperation

GIZ has published inspiring background papers addressing the question on future design for TVET programmes in international development cooperation.

The guiding questions are: 1 What kind of employment in which sectors calls for what skills? 2 How must TVET systems be designed to cope with these altered requirements and their continuous change? 3 How can vocational training measures be planned and carried out to prepare for work in the era of the digital transfor- mation, and to harness the opportunities afforded by the digital transformation?

I am currently using the content of the presentation to create my own item list for writing proposals and for later implementation.
